  • Break up the summery into 3s. 1. Who the charecter is (ie pre existing ip or oc) 2. what are they doing/pose. Last but not least refrances you can either email a pre existing refrance or create your own via drawing. make sure to number it in your summery

These terms apply to private commissions only.Terms of Service for Artwork CommissionThis Terms of Service ("TOS") is a legally binding agreement between the artist (hereinafter referred to as "Artist") and the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") for the commission of artwork ("Artwork"). By engaging the Artist's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:1. Scope of Usage:
- The Artwork is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the Client.
- The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the Artwork for commercial purposes without the explicit written consent of the Artist.2. Attribution:
- The Client agrees to prominently display the Artist's name or trademark on the Artwork whenever it is showcased or shared, both digitally and in print.3. Promotion:
- The Client agrees to promote the Artist's work by sharing the Artwork on social media platforms and giving proper credit to the Artist.4. Rights and Ownership:
- The Artist retains all rights, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property rights, in the Artwork.
- The Client may not claim or assert ownership of the Artwork.5. Alterations and Modifications:
- The Client may not modify or alter the Artwork without the prior written consent of the Artist.6. Pricing and Payment:
- All prices quoted by the Artist are base prices and are subject to change based on specific project requirements.
- Factors that may influence price adjustments include complex character designs, the number of characters, the absence of a clear visual reference, intricate backgrounds, and the level of detail in the Artwork.
- The Artist reserves the right to request a deposit or upfront payment before commencing work on any project.7. Delivery and Revisions:
- The Artist will deliver the completed Artwork within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- The Client may request minor revisions to the Artwork within a reasonable timeframe following delivery. Major revisions may incur additional charges.8. Refunds and Cancellations:
- Refunds are only issued at the discretion of the Artist and are subject to the specific circumstances of the commission.
-The Artist may cancel a project and issue a refund if unable to complete it due to unforeseen circumstances.9. Confidentiality:
- Both the Artist and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.10. Legal Jurisdiction:
- This TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [NYC, USA], and any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [NYC,USA].By commissioning the Artist's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this TOS.
